Seeni Banis POS

A bakery and cafe counter where stock is baked rather than bought in, so recipes, production runs and the till all draw on the same inventory.

A point of sale for a bakery and cafe, where inventory is produced in-house rather than purchased. Recipes, production runs and counter sales draw on one stock model, so baking and selling stay in step. Built on TanStack Start with a Tauri shell for the counter.

What I did

  • Modelled recipes and production runs against the same inventory the till sells from.
  • TanStack Start and TanStack Query over Supabase, validated with Zod.
  • Packaged as a Tauri desktop app for the counter.
