A full rebuild of a WooCommerce storefront onto TanStack Start and Cloudflare Workers, structured as a monorepo with shared UI, payments and core packages. Lab results are published per batch, so a customer can trace what they are buying.

What I did

Replaced a WordPress/WooCommerce stack with a TanStack Start monorepo on Workers.
Storefront and admin run as separate Workers over one D1 database per environment.
Shared UI, payments and core packages keep the two surfaces consistent.
