A new storefront and back office, designed and built from scratch on TanStack Start and Cloudflare Workers and structured as a monorepo with shared UI, payments and core packages. Lab results are published per batch, so a customer can trace what they are buying.

What I did

Designed the storefront and back office from scratch as one product.
Storefront and admin run as separate Workers over one D1 database per environment.
Shared UI, payments and core packages keep the two surfaces consistent.
